W1 Holdings (“W1”) is a privately held Series Limited Liability Company that acquires single family residences, multifamily residential property and land. W1 focuses its efforts on various core markets in the United States with a strategic emphasis placed in California; New York; Massachusetts; Florida; and Hawaii.

W1 conducts both boilerplate acquisitions of real property (real estate) and W1 also conducts judicial acquisitions. W1 has a expansive network of real estate professionals that deal in mostly in “Off-Market” real estate. Additionally, W1 works with various  non-profit organizations and municipals in support of mitigating blight, slum, and attractive nuisances. Lastly, W1 also provides various consulting services for its elected clients. 

The W1 team consists of various seasoned professionals in acquisition, including Brokers, Realtors, Real Estate Agents and Wholesalers alike. W1 also works with seasoned and knowledgeable escrow officers, special investigators, and a long list creditable contractors. For purposes of our judicial acquisitions, W1 works with its long-term general counsel and a team of specialized attorneys in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.
